Guiding Values: Ajanta Moitra's Leadership at Khare Energy

In India's legacy, women have excelled in managing households and balancing resources. Ajanta Moitra, now an H.R. professional at Khare Energy, epitomizes this role.

Her journey began with a chance encounter with Manish Khare, the MD of Khare Energy, in 2003, leaving a lasting impression. Drawn by his vision to uplift rural India, she eagerly joined the company 17 years later.

From Hyderabad, Ajanta oversees company policies and regulations, and prioritizes employee welfare. She admires Manish Khare's dedication to rural development and education, inspiring the entire team, even at 52, to pursue higher education.

Their commitment to values shone through during the pandemic—no salary cuts or layoffs, upholding their principles. Proudly a part of Khare Energy, Ajanta feels it's more than an organization; it's a responsible family.
