Our Stories / Harkesh Kushwaha

Labour to Partner

Born into a farming family in Tikamgarh, Harkesh couldn't pursue education past 10th grade. Joining Khare Energy without academic qualifications, he rose to become a Senior Technician, leading a team.

Despite illiteracy, Khare Energy recognized his skill, making him a shareholder and transforming his family's fortunes. Harkesh's story showcases the power of skills over formal education, emphasizing the importance of seizing the right opportunities in a world often challenged by literacy-driven unemployment.
