Our Stories / Shweta Dwivedi

Khare Energy is my 'Family'

When asked to define Khare Energy in one word, Shweta Dwivedi, a resident of Akbarpur in Uttar Pradesh, quickly responds with "family."

Having completed her education up to 12th grade in Akbarpur and later obtaining a B.Tech degree from Lucknow in 2019, Shweta shares that although she had the degree, she lacked experience. This led to two years spent at home. Afterward, Khare Energy contacted her. Initially fearing her lack of experience, especially in the solar industry, Shweta took a chance when the company decided to trust her without experience. With full determination and giving her hundred percent, she chose to vouch for herself.

Setting out from Akbarpur to Indore with dreams of a bright future in her bag, Shweta faced challenges at the beginning, but her determination to work made everything easier. Much like the company's journey, Shweta's journey progressed continuously from 2 kilowatts to 2 megawatts.

Her work, experience, responsibility, and position all advanced, and this journey is still ongoing. Starting as a trainee engineer, Shweta now leads as an Assistant Operation Manager.

Shweta mentions that there's no pressure here, and you can think openly and contribute your ideas. Khare Energy, she says, placed her in Indore, providing training in various software and solar without any cost to her. Today, she is capable of designing projects at the megawatt level as a Design Engineer.
With several significant projects and about two years of experience now, Shweta, while staying connected with Khare Energy, expresses her commitment to contributing to her country, solar energy, Khare Energy, and "self" by introducing new dimensions.
