Pressing Forward: From Ironing Clothes to Family's Iron Man

In Khargapur, Suman Rajak's life was a journey marked by struggle. Losing his father early, he took care of his sisters by ironing clothes. At 45, burdened by physical strain but driven by family dreams, Khare Energy offered hope.

With their training, Suman became a supervisor, finding purpose and pride. His children, inspired, pursued education. Suman's story, a beacon of resilience, showed how determination and support could carve a brighter path. Once an ironing hand, now an architect of hope for many.
